Entry Level – Sales Lead/Administrative Assistant
Metro Security is a specialist security company in Oxted. As a sales lead for our company you would be responsible for generating new leads for the account managers to process. This individual must be a highly motivated, self-starter who is able to identify and develop new business prospects via telephone, internet and social media accounts. This individual would also need to support the account managers within the safe department during busy periods.
• Researching organisations & investigating new account opportunities to find new customers and identifying who makes the decisions.
• Asses the current customer base and identify ways to regenerate lapsed customers and old enquiries.
• Report back fortnightly in team meetings.
• Identifying new methods and opportunities for sales.
• Company social media profile management - producing new and exciting content.
• Assist account managers within the safe department.
• General office duties/administration.
• Update in house systems.
Abilities you the ideal candidate would demonstrate
• A willingness to learn would be a more essential attribute than experience.
• Good communication skills both written and verbally.
• Good knowledge of excel, word and outlook.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Initiative and self motivation.
6 month contract with potential full time employment.
