Recruitment Administrator

Based in Wimbledon

6 Month FTC

Up to 26K

9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Overview:

I am delighted to be able to represent my established highly regarded client who are based in Central Wimbledon, looking for a Recruitment Administrator. Ideally you will come from a recruitment background and be confident in speaking to people. Friendly and enthusiastic and a sales background would be beneficial but not essential.

You will be sourcing active and passive candidates that match the company's values and culture for care, nursing, hospitality, and management roles across 14 homes.

Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:

* Work with the Head of Team Support and Home Managers to identify the priority vacancies to ensure focus is always in the correct area

* CV Search on job board databases to source candidates

* Pro-actively head hunt senior roles on LinkedIn

* Telephone interview sourced candidates to assess their suitability and alignment to our values and culture before submitting to the home

* Liaise with Home teams to set up interviews as and when required

* Support 'Team Support' with posting vacancies on job boards and on the home's websites

* Conduct research as and when required to find new avenues of finding excellent candidates

* Occasionally visit homes with the Head of Team Support to support with understanding the needs and culture within the home

* With the Head of Team Support and Home Managers attend and support at career fairs and other relevant events

* To perform any other reasonable request by the Head of Team Support, Home Managers, Business Manager or a Director.

To be successful in this role you'll have to:

* Have experience in high volume or agency recruitment

* Have advanced experience with Boolean searching

* Have a confident and engaging telephone manner

* Have strong computer skills

* Be reliable and punctual

* Have excellent organisational and practical skills

* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Have good numeracy and literacy skills

* Demonstrate a caring disposition towards others

* Be a team player, willing to train and develop colleagues
