We have an exciting opportunity to join a Global Leader in Talent Innovation as an Internal Account Manager supporting their US Customer base. As the role will be supporting their US customers there will be a shift pattern – 12.45pm – 9pm / 1.45pm – 10pm / 3.45pm – 12am on a rotational basis.

You will work as part of a dynamic and busy Customer Success team situated in their Global Customer Service Centre (GCSC), which is the heart of their international and dynamic culture.
The purpose of the role is to maximise on all sales opportunities and provide a high level of customer service and sales support. You will support their customers directly with queries around their products and services responding to all incoming enquiries by telephone, email, web, fax or post.
Managing accounts of small and medium enterprise (SME) companies
Ensuring that customer service levels outlined in the Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are achieved to provide a consistent level of service to clients globally.
Maximising on all sales opportunities; up-selling, cross-selling and promoting current offers, sales appointment booking, lead/opportunity qualification and forwarding to sales.
Understanding the company structure and to liaise and build strong relations with internal teams, locally and remotely.
Helping actively manage the client database, provide sales support and liaise with the sales team, to ensure client information is accurate and up to date.
Salary £22K + bonus
Location Surrey (outskirts of London- hybrid working circa 2/3 days)
