This is a rewarding position working alongside the existing team at this established Pet Cemetery and Crematorium. Owing to the sensitive nature of the business, the ideal candidate will be kind, compassionate, friendly and confident.
As well as posessing excellent admin, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative, have a confident and a friendly telephone manner, a good understanding of Microsoft Office and be a real team player.
The role will require you to speak to owners of deceased pets, offering support where needed and always acting in a courteous and empathetic manner, helping them to make informed choices and supporting them throughout the process.
The ideal person must possess the ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly.
