Temporary Administrator

Job Description:

* Managing a team inbox, including checking information and handling quieries and issues

* Managing the Sales inbox, responding to any queries

* Managing the Shared Ownership inbox, respond to any queries asking for information

* Log requests for selling/staircasing on CRM and complete basic checks

* Assist with the sales process including liaise with agents and solicitors for updates

* Keeping records up to date and send out internal weekly updates

* Request valuations and extensions from valuers

* Support the Assistant Director with bidding on new development opportunities

* Checking if we have already been offered the scheme

* Supporting the Assistant Director with electronic filing for project files

* Collate documentation that require signing and ensure it is signed and returned within timescales

* Supporting on wider administrative tasks as and when required

Person Specification:

* 5 GSCEs grade A-C including English and Maths or equivalent

* Experience of working in a busy office with conflicting deadlines

* Experience of using MS office packages

* Experience of working with a wide range of customers

* Excellent organisational and administrative skills

* Excellent communication skills verbal and written

* Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders

* Ability to understand and follow policies, processes and procedures

* Good team player, able to work positively with and support others

* Positive approach to work and life, willing to take responsibility for own actions

Additional Information:

* Based in Leatherhead

* £11.00

* Starting ASAP, 2 month contract

* Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm

* Pension scheme
