Customer Service Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right individual to join a fresh thinking, fast moving, dynamic organisation in Leatherhead.

Job Description:

* Responsible for all written contact with customers ranging from answering general queries to data requests

* Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints

* Managing and regularly updating complaints and customer contact reports in MS Office

* Data entry tasks

* Using in-house systems to investigate driver activity and MS word to create driver reports

* Point of contact for our partners for all customer related queries

* Updating in-house systems to ensure that the correct procedures are being followed

* Monitoring causes of customer complaints, identifying and highlighting new trends

* Summarising data findings into reports for review and acting on their recommendations

* Creating and updating excel spreadsheets used to record data.

* Assisting with any ad-hoc projects.

Person Specification:

* Must be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent, degree would be advantageous

* Previous experience of working in an office environment

* Strong communicating skills, especially with within email form

* Self-starter able to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial organisation

* Comfortable working at a detailed level with good report writing skills

* Excellent data entry skills

* Experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel

* Team player with flexibility

* Organised and able to multi-task

* £20,000
