Our client is looking for two individuals to join their customer service department, where you will be the first point of contact for all customer queries.
We are looking for individuals with previous telephone / customer service experience, and those genuinely enjoy providing a high level of service.
* Answering incoming calls (40 – 80 per day)
* Discussing customer agreements, payments
* Updating customer information
* Discussing payments plans / problems
* Providing settlement figures
* Responding to online chat
* Previous customer service experience
* Fully IT proficient
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Enjoy working as part of a team
