City Based with Flexible WFH
Responsible for the delivery of the Group marketing communications plan, leading multi-channel campaigns which include PR, events, thought leadership, email, advertising (online and offline) and direct mail. Responsible for the marketing integration stream of all acquisition integration projects, being a welcoming and professional individual when working with newly acquired businesses and ensure a smooth transition into BAU marketing with the business unit Marketing Executive.
*Develop and execute effective marketing communication campaigns for the Group, target audiences: acquisition targets, future employees and the insurance market
*Write copy for marketing campaigns and collateral, including brochures, leaflets, emails, social media posts and website copy
*Work with and support the management of design, PR, SEO and other external agency relationships
*Report monthly on the performance of the Group marketing plan using HubSpot, Google Analytics and Business data
*Maximise social media followers on the Group LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram pages
*Manage the intranet and internal marketing
*Communicate and liaise with stakeholders and Group senior leadership to create content
*Carry out market research and competitor analysis to assist with product development and entering new markets
*Degree in Business / Marketing or a related field, or the equivalent professional qualifications
*Demonstrable experience in a Marketing Executive role
*The ability to manage multiple priorities and use initiative
*Experience working autonomously and leading projects with minimal supervision is desirable.
