As a Senior Customer relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements and company policies and to alert the business to potential regulatory and business risks within the department and take appropriate action to mitigate them.
It is essential you have solid complaint handling experience working in an FCA regulated company (General Insurance is desirable) and have experience of root cause analysis / reporting. Successful applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be analytical with high attention to detail, to be proactive, organised, trustworthy and assertive. An understanding of the FCA’s regulatory framework for handling customer complaints and Treating Customers Fairly is essential.
