As a Quality Assurance manager, you will be responsible for taking the lead role in monitoring quality standards across the customer facing operations, conducting 1st and 2nd line quality assurance reviews of the Sales, Service and Claims teams and ensuring quality assurance checks meet the agreed standards. You will also produce monthly & quarterly quality assessment reports, identifying opportunities continuous improvement and working with senior management to identify trends and root causes of quality or regulatory failings.
We are seeking applications from candidates with a contact center and coaching background; it is desirable that you have experience of call monitoring in a FCA regulated company. You’ll have an eye for detail, be accustomed to working under pressure, achieving targets set, prioritising workload to achieve tight deadlines and displaying a proven track record in delivering results. You’ll need to have a genuine interest in analysing data to identify and execute opportunities to improve within the business The successful individual will be warmly welcomed into a great team with supportive managers where you can build your career through the multiple opportunities for personal growth
