6 month contract role which could go permanent for a Resourcing Manager for a immediate start (short notice period) has arisen with one of our Clients based in North Kent. You will be leading, managing and transform the journey from attraction to the end of probationary period for perm, FTC, flexible workers, contractors and volunteers and improving employee brand in the market. Applicants should be efficient, strategic and hands on individual who is customer orientated and has a passion for driving high standards and performance, thrives in a fast paced environment. This role will report to the CEO initially and then HRD and manage an Apprentice, Volunteers Manager, Resourcing, L+D lead and Co-ordinator. The successful individual will be demonstrating improvements in employee value proposition, building successful relations with Brand, comms team, project manage and consolidation and elevation of current
induction, improve standards, consolidating apprenticeship, resourcing and retention strategy.
