We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to work in a stand alone role for a small but busy manufacturing company.
You will be expected to work 8.30-5pm Mon-Fri and ideally have your own transport. This is a super role for someone who enjoys working as part of a small team (You will be the only member of staff in Accounts) and is happy to manage their own desk on a daily basis. You will need to be highly organised with an excellent telephone manner with all the skills and experience required below.
Your duties will be:
* Accounts Payable-Processing supplier invoices on a daily basis.
* Raising purchase orders and matching supplier invoices.
* Sales Ledger and Credit Control duties-B2b and B2C.
* Dealing with quotations and estimates for customers over the telephone.
* Answering telephone calls and dealing with customer enquires.
* General Administration duties.
* IT Literate with EXCEL and SAGE 50.
