Our dynamic and fast-growing accountancy practices seeks a Payroll Coordinator

You must have experience of 360 payroll service.
Chasing the client for payroll dataReviewing the payroll and sending to the clientConfirming Auto Enrolment action for Clients and ensuring complying with their legal responsibilitiesSetting up a new payroll clientRe-running the payrollCompleting Earlier Year UpdatesAllocating leavers to the Payroll Specialist for processingAllocating new employees to the Payroll Specialist for processingEnsuring that all clients with CIS have sent in their CIS information for the month
Knowledge of using SageMust understand the importance of our systems which includes following them and constant improvementMust also be able to think outside of the box and work independentlyHighly personable, confident with excellent communication skills, both written and verbalDedicated and enthusiastic individualExcellent attention to detailsOrganised and able to keep to deadlinesEffective team player3-5 years of Payroll experience.Full time hours, Monday to Friday. Possibility of part time hours across 5 days, would be an option. Minimum of 25 hrs/week.
