This incredibly supportive, professional and successful client of ours is recruiting a First-Line Support Coordinator for their company in Surrey!

Working alongside a diverse team with a common goal; they take pride in doing business the way that customers love.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are quick to think on your feet; this could be the role for you.

What we need in you

Your day will consist of contacting customers via emails, calls and webchat; providing them with given solutions.

The ability to cater to customers unique circumstances by building a rapport with them will hold you at an advantage.

Good organisation skills and attention to detail is essential for this role.

To be educated to GCSE Level or equivalent – Good Literacy and Numeracy skills

Furthermore, if you have worked as a Service Advisor in a car dealership; you have the right experience for this role

A basic salary up to £23,000 with further salary increase
