Claims Team Leader (Customer Service)

ABL Accident Repair Group, a growing motor accident repair group, is looking for a Claims Team Leader to assist in the expansion of the business and to support the requirements of individual vehicle repair centres. This role will be based from their brand-new office (March 2019) in Reigate (RH2), which is just 200 metres walk from Reigate Train Station.

The Role

As a Claims Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the customer service team of 7 employees exceeds customer expectations and delivers exceptional business results each and every day. Some typical duties of the role will include:

* Ensuring correct work allocation

* Responsibility for meeting our partner’s SLAs for claims loading and calling

* Coaching the team to ensure best practice is always followed

* Liaising with the technical / production teams to ensure correct site work balance.

In addition to the above you’ll also lead a small team (2 to 3) of onsite logistics staff.

This is a Monday to Friday role and the working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm. Please note that you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am to Midday.


To succeed in the role of Claims Team Leader it’s essential that you have experience of a leadership role within both telephone-based customer services and a related industry such as insurance / claims.
