Due to our continued expansion and internal promotion policy, we have a vacancy for a service desk administrator.
Summary of role :
To carry out administration, planning and co-ordination required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company’s fire and security reactive and preventative maintenance activities.
Key duties :
Answering telephone calls / emails
Preparation and execution of Planned preventative maintenance schedules.
Allocating reactive callouts to engineers and providing clients with updates.
Actioning client specific requests and keeping client managers updated.
Logging of sales enquiries
Creation of estimates and quotations for client’s sites
Raising Purchase orders and liaising with specialist sub contractors.
Salary band : £15,000 - £16,500 per annum depending on experience.
Company pension fund (auto-enrolment) after successful completion 3 months probationary period.
20 days annual leave (increasing by 1 day per year for each year for the first 5 years completed service) plus the 8 UK recognised bank holidays.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, with an hours lunch break.
