Skills:
The role would suit a dynamic and hard-working individual, with strong communication skills, good IT skills (particularly experience of using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and OneDrive) and a team player who is prepared to learn on the job and be flexible undertaking a variety of tasks.
The Role:
The role is mainly office based communicating via telephone and email to clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and engineers. Daily tasks will include answering phone calls, producing site documentation (paperwork and electronic), booking machine hire, accommodation and materials orders, updating in-house spreadsheets and databases, filing (paper and electronic; in particular site photographs uploaded to cloud software by our engineers). Responsibilities will also include updating and monitoring expiry dates on a training matrix, booking training courses and ensuring health & safety compliance.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills as the role will involve speaking and writing to clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and engineers on a daily basis. We are looking for a candidate with a friendly, polite and professional manner, who is capable of working under time pressure.
Good IT skills and good user-knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes Word, Excel, OneDrive and Outlook are essential. The ability to multi- task, good time management, reliability and punctuality will be important.
Rural based in the Godstone area and own transport is essential.
