We are looking for an Administrative assistant to support our Office Manager in:
Coordinating general office activities including procurement of stationary, updating company procedures and systems, filing, etc with a view to becoming self-sufficient in the role.
You will be expected to:
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support bookkeeping procedures.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders as required.
Assist the office manager and colleagues whenever necessary
The successful candidate will undertake administrative tasks generally to ensure our business operation has adequate support to work efficiently.
After initial training, your tasks will include inputting data for bought and sales ledger, dealing with our suppliers and clients, monitoring our Health & Safety procedures and the production of manuals from our existing computer systems database. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing their workload, working on their own initiative, be self-motivated, a good team player and trustworthy.
Proven experience in office admin or similar role is an advantage but not essential however, good communication and interpersonal skills as well as a good knowledge of MS Office are a must.
