The position is for a SALES NEGOTIATOR who wants to develop their career in property. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone. Have a desire to earn money whilst helping your clients move home, which is likely to be the single most important milestone in their life!

Within the role, you will be responsible for:
• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
• Thinking outside the box when generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• Contacting customers when new properties come to the market
• Conducting viewings around properties in the local area
• General assistance and administration
Ideally you will have estate agency or relevant property experience within the industry - and are used to working in a sales environment, enjoy over achieving against targets and providing excellent levels of customer service.
This is a varied and dynamic role where no one day is the same and you will ultimately get out of the role what you are prepared to invest.

Job Description:
Working as the support function to the sales team
Processing orders and preparing vehicles paperwork
Checking on warranties and ownership documents
Liaising with other branches via phone and e-mail
Working alongside the used car buyers administrator
Assisting with the daily banking – sending invoices
Occassional face to face Customer interaction
Taking documents to other branches and working there also occasionally
Excellent on the job training provided

Person Specification:
Good MS office skills
Confident with good communication skills
Also be able to work on their own initiative, but also be a team player
Must have a full UK drivers licence and use of a vehicle

Additional Information:
Based in Leatherhead
£21,600
Parking available
8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday (one day off in the week)
Saturday 8am – 6pm
Sunday 10-4 on a rota basis

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor for our client who is a prestigious car dealership in Croydon. Previous experience and Kerridge knowledge is essential.

Main Purpose of the Role:
To be the first point of contact for all Service guests, by way of providing a professional reception and facilitating the efficient operation of the Service department’s workshop in order to maximise the Guest Experience and departmental profitability through all guest services.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Book in vehicles, ensuring appointments are convenient for the guest and the company and are in line with workshop capacity.

2. Produce accurate job cards, invoices and related guest information, providing relevant information to both the workshop and external guests.

3. Liaise with the parts department to ensure parts availability, keeping guests informed.

4. Greet all guests at reception, offering courtesy services as appropriate and confirming details before repairs are carried out. Ensuring vehicle inspections are carried out with guests prior to commencement of works.

5. Inform guests on the progress of each job, ensuring authority for any additional work before this is completed.

6. Collect any money/signed authority due prior to the release of a vehicle and ensure this is processed promptly.

7. Log all guest complaints, passing relevant information to the manager and ensuring a speedy conclusion.

8. Maintain the reception area in accordance with departmental standards and identified guest needs.

9. Provide guests with explanations of all work carried out and recommendations, optimising additional upselling opportunities to enhance the Guest Experience.

10. Maintain records of all Service guests to enable guest follow-ups to be carried out.

11. Comply with all FCA requirements and operate within legislative guidelines at all times.

12. Maintain adequate supplies of departmental stationaries at all times.
