The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting monthly Restaurant Evaluations to protect our clients brand and enforce superior Operational Standards.

The field consultant will contribute to the opening of new stores and conduct training as set out in the Store Opening Plan.

Skills and Knowledge:

- Knowledge of retail and/or restaurant industry operations

- Ability to develop, and maintain effective working relationships with partners at all levels of the organisation

- Knowledge of management practices and procedures

- Strong operational skills in a customer service environment
