Charity providing care and support to over 600 adults with learning disabilities living in the community. We currently employ approximately 1500 staff working primarily in residential care homes and supported living services in over 100 sites nationally. Our subsidiary, Signature Care and Support provides care and support to people with a wider range of needs including mental health problems, physical disabilities and the homeless living in Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
We now require an experienced HR generalist to provide support and advice to line managers on all aspects of employee resourcing and relations. The post holder will be responsible for recruitment and selection, the provision of advice to managers and staff, producing statistical reports and supervising an HR Assistant based in Havant.
You should have at least 2 years experience of HR work, including involvement in all aspects of recruitment and selection and providing advice to managers and staff on complex employee relations issues. You should also have a working knowledge of current employment law and a commitment to providing an outstanding quality of customer care. A CIPD qualification would be a bonus. You must also be a car owner/driver.
The Role is based in Waterloo and southhampton
