High Profile organisation based in Central London have a requirement for a Facilities Officer to start on a 2 month fixed term contract. Duties will include, assisting the Head of Facilities with the office design and refurbishment project. Previous experience within facilities is a prerequisite. Other responsibilities will include, assisting in covering switchboard, providing a healthy and safe work environment, dealing with facilities queries resulting from e-mails or the Facilities Help desk. You may also be required to assist with archiving and keeping the office tidy. There will be some heavy lifting involved.
