I am currently looking for an LGV C Driver/Foreman to work out of my clients busy Croydon based depot, 3.30-3.45 start time in the morning your role will firstly involve checking in all staff due into work before 4am, ensuring that all other drivers complete their vehicle checks and report any defects, hand out worksheets for the coming day and making sure all drivers and porters are paired up to ensure work is prioritised. Once this has been completed you yourself will head out and complete a round along side another driver or porter, you will be expected to report back to the operations team any issues you have had during a debrief at the end of your shift and ensure all plans are made when you get back to ensure the following day is run smoothly.
In return you will earn a salary of between £29,500 and £31,500 per annum with other bonuses available with targets set.
To apply for this vacancy you must hold a current DVLA category C licence and a digital tacho card with no more than 6 points on your licence with no DD,DR,CD or IN endorsement codes on your licence, ideally have had some experience in this field and have a some supervisory experience, be assertive and a level head in what can at times be a challenging role.
