Our client is an established and expanding risk and restructuring practice based in the City of London. They are currently seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join one of their teams as an Executive Insolvency Manager.
Executive Insolvency Manager.
• Manage trading administrations and other insolvency case work with no supervision from IP;
• Manage and control on-site trading teams;
• Delegate tasks effectively to case administrators;
• Prepare case specific three part trading forecasts and trading accounts for monitoring purposes (P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet);
• Draft reports for IPs (IBRs, Information Memorandums and Statutory Reports);
• Oversee maintenance of case files and ensure all assigned cases remain compliant with prevailing legislation;
• Mentor staff and conduct staff appraisals;
• Facilitate and organise training sessions;
• Organise and attend business development events;
• Demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge of the Insolvency Act and its associated
• Rules and Practice Notes.
• Be able to conduct meetings with Directors and their advisors without supervision from partners.
• Demonstrate and instil in others a willingness and enthusiasm to get the job done in the face of adversity.
Due to the nature of the role the Insolvency Manager/Assistant Manager will possess the following however all applications will be considered:
• ACA/ACCA qualified accountant;
• Background of experience principally in trading administrations;
• IBR experience;
• Already a manager or assistant manager looking for a challenging new role;
• Able to work the hours necessary at short notice to get the job done;
• Able to work away from home at short notice for short periods;
