"Award Winning Estate Agents" are now looking to expand on their existing talent of Mortgage Advisors within the Surrey area.
Candidate
Candidates will be bright, ambitious and fully CeMAP qualified, can demonstrate a successful sales record/history, have excellent communication skills and ununderstanding of compliance regulations with previous Mortgage Advising experience and exposure to targets.
As an important part of the inner workings of an Estate Agency office you must be an influential and hard working mortgage advisor who is prepared to devote time and effort to building relationships with Estate Agency colleagues as you promote the importance of financial advice to sellers and buyers alike.
Role
By working closely with many leading lending institutions and other product business partners, our client can offer a complete range of market leading products and services including mortgage products, re-mortgage products, life assurance, critical illness, permanent health insurance, accident, sickness & redundancy insurance and buildings & contents insurance.
- Offering specialist mortgage advice in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation
- Self generate appointments for a variety of sources
- Presenting the most suitable mortgage solutions, including exclusive offers unavailable elsewhere.
- Providing a complete home moving advisory service
- Supplying other financial services, including life assurance and general insurance products
- Communicating how the house move is progressing, every step of the way
- Working with a customer until they collect the keys to their new home
Package
This opportunity is paying a market leading basic salary, car allowance and high rates of commission.
