Barker Munro are pleased to be working alongside this UK authorised insurer, who specialise in non-standard motor insurance and who are looking to recruit an Electronic Trading Coordinator for their Head Office.
Working in a team of 8, you will have solid product development skills within Motor Insurance to maximise the business potential from electronic trading initiatives. You will be liaising with software houses to ensure delivery of new products to the market, acting as a referral point on all EDI matters, providing specifications to software houses, coordinating testing for new products and changes and liaising with all departments.
Business is sold mainly through a number of specialist insurance intermediaries, but recently launched their 1st direct product to the market.
For this role it is essential to have experience of developing Motor EDI schemes, a knowledge of broker software systems & industry standards. Knowledge of Open GI (Misys) would be highly beneficial and consideration will be given to a well versed motor insurance broker who has EDI experience.
