BASIC UPTO £18,000 DOE WITH 1ST YEARS OTE OF £30,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE
My client is looking for a VALUER for their busy office to join an already very successful team of negotiators.
You will already be carrying out this role or be a very strong SENIOR NEGOTIATOR looking for career progression.
You will be responsible for:
- obtaining new instructions/listings
- assisting with viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments, applicant registrations, dealing with vendors and purchasers.
You will be able to demonstrate your track record and provide the following Key Performance Indicators to include:
- Listing conversion rates
- Sole agency conversion-
- Sales to listings
- Withdrawn to unsold
- Mortgage appointments to listings
- Board penetration.
