LEADING INDEPENDENT AGENT IN SURREY/SUSSEX LOOKING FOR AN ASSISTANT MANAGER
BASIC SALARY £18,000 TO £20,000 DOE WITH 1ST YEARS OTE OF £28-30,000 BASED ON YOUR RESULTS
We are retained as outsourced HR for one of the UK’s leading property marketing companies who continue to outperform based on the strength of their teams at branch level and above.
They continue to increase market share in the market due through vibrant marketing advertising campaigns.

You will be currently employed as an ASSISTANT MANAGER or BRANCH MANAGER and at a stage in your career where you will be aware of the opportunities that exist for you if you had more backing from your current employer -
You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in business development and be hungry to make your mark in this leading company.
Have a proven track record in residential sales you will take a personal pride in delivering service levels, to both vendors and applicants alike as well as having strong drive and determination to be the best you can.
