Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working closely with a small but very successful specialist Commercial Insurance Brokers in the Kingston upon Thames area. This company currently has exciting plans to expand their Commercial Insurance Team and are looking for a number of experienced Account Handlers / Brokers to deal with a wide variety of SME clients assisting them with their requirements and broking a wide variety of products.

You will be expected to provide an excellent customer service which is critical in this competitive market, dealing with new business enquiries and conversion, pro actively seeking renewals and helping with all mid term adjustments and queries.
There may be scope for some new business development and getting out to meet clients should this be something you would like to pursue.
Good technical knowledge, communication skills and work ethic will be important as will the ability to build relationships with your clients to ensure repeat business. Some knowledge of liability would be a benefit but is not essential as long as you have an understanding of general commercial Insurance.
You will be working in a motivated, tight knit team with a great morale and this client very much wants their staff to look forward to coming in and enjoy the time spent with them.
Negotiable salary dependent on experience, excellent job security.
