An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join my client, a well established outdoor advertising company based in central London.
The ideal candidate MUST have outdoor advertising experience.
You will work with many blue chip clients and be an excellent relationship builder, whilst managing accounts. You will be tenacious, hungry, self motivated, an excellent communicator, literate, numerate, and able to sell and close deals.
Your duties will include:
Responsibility for driving designated personal accounts at Agency, Specialist & Client level; as well as working within the sales team to achieve all targets.
Responsibility for achieving all personal targets.
Day to day client interface through handling of incoming calls, quotes, setting up meetings and other requests.
Dealing promptly and efficiently with any enquiries, orders or complaints.
Responsibility for selling at Rate Card or prices designated by the Group Head.
Preparing sales presentations, perform client research on budget, spend, seasonality, preferred media formats etc.
Submitting and processing booking confirmations and options.
Updating Client Contact Database with new contacts, notes of meetings and setting up filters for e-mail shots etc.
Liaising closely with the Group Head and other colleagues to achieve the smooth running of his/her area and business.
Reporting market and product developments, including competitor activity, to the Group Head and keeping alert for new product and business opportunities. This will include potential acquisitions for the company.
Upholding at all times the company’s high standard of ethics and integrity.
Covering accounts in a well planned and economic manner.
Basic salary up to 30K, OTE 55K.
